Adrià Espineta Arias

Born in Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra) the 3rd March 1993, he is an Andorran diplomat and politician, specialized in international Phaleristics. He graduated in Law by ESADE Law School (Barcelona) and has a Master in Diplomacy and International Public Service, with a specialization in European Economic and International Relations by the Centre of International Studies (Barcelona).

 

He joined the Diplomatic corps of the Principality of Andorra in September 2018, and he is currently serving at the Andorran Embassy in Paris. He combines the Foreign service with politics, as he sworn as City Councilor for Participatory Projects of Andorra la Vella in March 2023. Since his youth, he has been self-studying and collecting international Orders and Medals, promoting and broadcasting knowledge in the field of Phaleristics through his collection in the social media, managing the Instagram page "International Orders and Medals". His knowledge in this field has given him the opportunity to work with the Andorran authorities on the institution of the national Honours System of the Principality of Andorra. He is Knight of the Cavalry of Castille (Kingdom of Spain) and Academic of the Sanmartinense Academy of Heraldry and Genealogy (Republic of Perú), as well as Member of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA).
